I visit properties on your behalf to:

  • Provide honest, unbiased feedback beyond marketing language

You receive photos, notes, and a clear assessment to help determine whether a property is worth pursuing.

Buyer Representation & Transaction Support

Independent buyer representation throughout the Italian property purchase process.

This service is designed for clients who are actively pursuing property and want support from offer through closing.

It includes:

  • Review and vetting of shortlisted properties
  • Guidance on offer strategy and negotiation
  • Explanation of contracts, deposits, and timelines
  • Coordination with real estate agents, notaries, and other professionals
  • Clear explanations in English of documents and procedures conducted in Italian

I work exclusively for the buyer and do not represent sellers or accept commissions.

Renovation & Property Management Coordination

Support and coordination for buyers planning renovations or ongoing property management in Italy.

Many properties purchased by international buyers require renovation, restoration, or ongoing local oversight. I help clients navigate this phase by providing guidance and coordinating with trusted local professionals.

This service may include:

  • Initial assessment of renovation scope and feasibility
  • Guidance on typical renovation timelines and costs
  • Introductions to architects, geometri, contractors, and tradespeople
  • Communication and coordination support during renovation phases

I do not act as a contractor or property manager, but help ensure you are working with appropriate professionals and that expectations are clearly understood.
